About a month ago Nintendo came into Houston, Texas with their Airstream  and was kind enough to invite me out to test some of the holiday seasons hottest games. It was such a great experience to take these games for a test drive and see what they were all about. Today 2 of those games were released after a long wait. I’m talking about two of the biggest video game franchises EVER, Super Mario 3D World and The Legend Of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds.

Super Mario 3D World was such a treat to play and I think people will definitely enjoy the “throwback” feel to Super Mario Bros 2. The newest power up suit “The Cat Suit” looks insanely silly (and cute) but when you actually start playing with it, it becomes SO much fun and next thing you know I had this huge grin on my face the rest of the time.

The Legend Of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds was the one title that I was looking forward to the most and to be able to try it out was a real treat. This is another one that has a “throwback” feel to it and is a sequel to the one of the greatest Zelda games to date: The Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past. I’m EXTREMELY happy they kept they same style along with also mixing in some feel of Ocarina Of Time in with it (music more specifically).

This is an exciting time for Nintendo and I think they will see the just how hardcore some of the fans are out there for their big titles. I guarantee sell outs everywhere!
