Could A Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Release Date Be Right Around The Corner?
It’s been quite a while since we’ve heard anything about a release date for the next MGS adventure but everyone got excited recently when placeholder dates on a few retailer sites got changed to 2/24/15 which is a Tuesday. Now, since then Konami has gone on record as saying that the date in incorrect and completely crushed everyone’s dreams (just kidding Konami). Gamestop now has changed their placeholder date from 2/24/15 to 3/31/15 which is also a Tuesday. Could that be the date that we’ll get to experience Kojima’s newest masterpiece? Kojima Productions have already gone on record that we will be getting more Metal Gear Solid news “soon” which makes me think that they will possibly confirming a date at the Taipei Game Show on Jan. 31. What do you all think? Will we get an answer from Kojima himself or will we get more feature announcements for Metal Gear Online?
