Prepare to sink your teeth into the complete fourth season of Adventure Time. A total of 26 episodes featuring fearsome creatures such as wolves who like hugging, an unstoppable horde of penguins and a Vampire Queen who plays bass guitar! Ooooh!! The scariest though is when Jake flips out over a game of card wars. Yikes!

Who wants more Adventure Time?! I do! This is one show that I really can’t get enough of and now another season has graced us on beautiful blu-ray. With the running time clocking in at almost 5 hours there’s plenty of Finn and Jake to go around. This season picks up where the last one left off and we see Finn’s crush on the Flame Princess reach it’s limit and he comes to a realization. It’s sad but definitely one of the shows’ cuter moments. In fact, the show has a lot of those moments where you just want to say “Awwww” in the middle of all the randomness. My favorite episode probably has to be “BMO Noire”. Just the fact that it homage to the old school detective film and TV shows caught my attention right away. You mix that with an already great show and a story about missing sock and it creates a perfect formula for really cool looking silliness. Then there’s “Lady & Peebles” where Finn and Jake go missing and we get an episode with Princess Bubblegum and Lady Rainicorn going on a search for the two. This one was a good one just because it took a break from the norm and focused on some of the other characters on the show. I think the best thing about the show as a whole is the imagination of the writers. Essentially the sky is the limit and they do it all in the most endearing way. With every season that goes by the show manages to get better and better with no signs of slowing down whatsoever. I’m sure we’ll be seeing more and more Adventure Time for years to come and I’ll definitely be on board for the ride!

Special Features:

Distant Bands: The Music Of Adventure Time – This is a really cool 20 minute feature that looks into the music of the show and just how catchy it can be.
